
This consultation will include a phone/Zoom call with me for us to chat about any initial questions you have, brainstorming ideas for your personal practice, or giving you a chance to get to know me and how I work before signing up for classes and individual appointments. If you have very specific concerns that you want addressed, it may be helpful to email me ahead of time so I can research any necessary additional information to have it ready for our call. Cost is donation-based.

*Note: This class is currently held in my personal home. I do have two cats, although they will not be in the yoga space. If you are highly allergic, this may be a concern. Also, there is one flight of stairs down to my apartment from the parking lot--unfortunately there is no other way to access the space. If stairs are not accessible for you, let me know and we'll discuss other options.
Parking: Find the sheltered parking space numbered "201." Parking elsewhere may cause you to receive tickets. If there are multiple cars involved, please notify me and I'll work out options for you.

An hour of guided meditation, customized to you. Options may include some gentle yoga before deep meditative practices, yoga nidra, or training in various meditative techniques.
